AlternaScapes has been in business for 17 years…since the beginning of 1998. We have experienced TREMENDOUS growth in the past several years and we’re thrilled about the possibilities for the future as we continue to grow.
To meet the challenges of growth, we’ve been adding staff members and moving staff members to newly created positions. We’ve added more crew members, so you don’t have to wait weeks for your artificial grass to be installed. Additionally, we are adding support staff to the Operations side of business, to help with scheduling and ensuring a smooth installation process. We’ve also added staff members to our sales team and are very excited to announce a person dedicated to working dozens of home shows, and helping to set up estimates for our clients. We also have a Sales Manager to support our sales people in the field and help speed up the estimating process.
We appreciate each and every single client and we want to do our very best to ensure your personal satisfaction with our artificial grass over the course of many years. With that in mind, we’ve also added a new position to the company to support our clients. We now have a Client Care Manager who will be following up on recent installations to ensure our clients are happy with their synthetic turf installation, teach them how to maintain their turf and address any issues that might arise. Our Client Care Manager will also be taking video testimonials from clients. And he will be revisiting installations that took place over the past several years to take photographs and document the durability of our artificial grass.
As we grow, we are able to introduce new programs, such as Remnant / Parking Lot Sales. Watch your e-mail and Facebook for notices of upcoming sales! AND, we will soon announce a brand new location for our growing company. Look for a Grand Opening of our new location in mid-to-late summer.
We are very proud of our 17 years of service to our local community and to the communities in which we provide the best synthetic turf on earth – EasyTurf. We operate from Ocala all the way down to the Keys and we are happy to report thousands of installations and happy customers in our history. Thank you for your patronage and your trust.
