I just wanted to send you a letter telling you how much we love our new artificial grass. In fact, we like it sooooo much, we want to get the remainder of our yard done too!!! When you have time, please contact us with the estimate for that.
Also, I wanted to commend you on the customer service that has been shown to us. Although the install was done quite well, as with any large job, there may be a few little “tweeks” to be done. I want to thank you for sending the team of Jason and Will out to do those repairs for us earlier this month.
In fact, we were so pleased with their work, we would like to request them to do the installation when the remaining portion of our yard is scheduled.
OK, that is it for now. I saw FOX News this week and saw another story on your Company and product. As we mentioned before, that is how we heard of you folks in the first place … thanks to Lloyd Sowers, also at FOX.
