Ever wondered what goes on during an artificial grass design consultation? These are a couple of our most frequently asked questions and answers. Meeting with an EasyTurf design consultant doesn’t need to be intimidating- we’ve got you covered!
What can I expect during my in-home consultation?
At the time of your consultation, our design consultant representative will survey and measure the area, discuss any lawn issues you are experiencing, show you our different turf types, and assess other requirements such as ground preparation, drainage, bordering and access issues. After all of this is analyzed, they will be able to provide a fixed price so that you will know exactly what your project will cost.
How long does a consultation typically take?
Please allow up to an hour from when the design consultant arrives at your home. Most consults do not last that long but we do ask that you allow for that time.
Do I need to be there?
At least one of the home owners need to be present for the consultation. We would prefer that all home owners be present so that all questions may be answered at the time of the consultation.
Is the consultation really free?
Yes, our consultations are 100% free of charge. Just schedule the time and we will arrive in the advised 30 minute window.
Will you bring samples with you?
Yes, our Design Consultants will bring samples so that you can see how the turf will look and feel in your home.
How soon can you come out to visit my home? How soon can you install?
Depending on your schedule and the design consultants schedule, we are usually able to have someone out for the free design consultation within a week. Installation can be scheduled in as little as one week from when the contract is signed.
Have you done other installs in my area before? Can you send me photos?
We have installed turf all over Florida. Ask us for more information about your specific neighborhood!
